
SEPTEMBER SUPPER CLUB
Our September supper club is a celebration of fresh ingredients from the region presented in a style inspired by the great European cuisines for a small gathering of 20 people.
Start with fresh bread and a duo of whipped butters before tucking into a first course of ratatouille made up of seasonal veg. The main event is a handmade gnocchi and roasted squash dish with a honey bacon and mascarpone sauce. This will be followed by a selection of cheeses and finally the evening will come to a close with a take on the classic strawberries & cream, strawberry mille-feuille
Cost - £25 per head (£10 extra for cheese)
