TEA BY SEA - TEA TASTING
Join us on the 4th June for the second tea tasting in our series of tasting focusing on the history of tea. This fun and informative tasting will take us into the depths of China as botanist Robert Fortune undertakes a mission to steal tea plants from the Chinese Empire with the aim of introducing them into region of British India. We will be tasting 14 tea's that take us through the evolving tastes of modern tea culture.
This tasting is guided by Bury Tea Company founder Thomas Moore and is perfect for those with a love for a proper cuppa and would like to know more about the history of how it got to your cup.
Please note that all of the tea's served are caffeinated and there is no option for decaffeinated varieties.
